Casey Arnett
I moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1986 from Hershey, Nebraska. After attending Hastings College on a soccer scholarship, I came to realize that Loveland would be the ideal spot to make my home. My wife Lindsay and I are raising two children and are experiencing all of the joys and trials that parenting requires. I have always had my best success as an independent mortgage broker and I could not be happier with the formation of Arnett & DeVoe Mortgage Group.
Vivian DeVoe
I was a Realtor for 12 years, six in the San Francisco Bay area and then six more here in Colorado with Coldwell Banker TREC. I became a mortgage broker in 2000 and have been happy serving my customers ever since. I've lived in Loveland for 22 years, have one amazing adult son and three dogs. I belong to the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors as an affiliate, have belonged to the Thompson Valley Rotary Club in the past and support my local Boys & Girls Club of America.
I am a Colorado native and have been involved in the mortgage business for more than 40 years in various banks and mortgage companies. I pride myself on building long relationships with my clients while trying to get them the best loan possible for their situation. My experience in reverse mortgages allows me to work with older clients to help them with their future planning needs. My husband and I have 2 grown sons and 4 grandchildren. I love crafts, playing golf and spending time with my family.
